Albuquerque Cabinets will celebrate its twenty-fourth anniversary in
June 2007. Scott Tregembo founded the company in 1983.
Albuquerque Cabinets has provided architectural woodwork and cabinetry
throughout New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado and West Texas. They operate a
residential division including a large kitchen and bath showroom at 4800
Hawkins NE, an institutional division providing school, medical and
laboratory casework and a custom wood manufacturing division. They have
provided woodwork and casework for such diverse projects as the new U.S.
Forest Service building, the APD Metro Forensic Laboratory, the Taylor
Ranch, Griegos and Lomas/Tramway Libraries, the Eddy County Courthouse,
Alhambra High School in Phoenix and the Rio Rancho High School in Rio
Rancho.
Having worked both sides of the shop door, Scott Tregembo knows the
importance of skilled employees in woodworking, design, engineering and
project management positions. As the 1st company in the state of New
Mexico to be certified by the Architectural Woodworking Institute they
bring a high level of confidence to the projects that they are involved
in.
Albuquerque Cabinets is an active member of the Architectural Woodwork
Institute, Home Builders Association, National Kitchen and Bath
Association, Remodelers Council, International Solid Surface Fabricators
Association and the American Subcontractors Association.
